Customer Satisfaction Rating

After a generous amount of time for our customers to truly enjoy the work we performed upon their prized photos, we send out a survey sheet.

This survey is sent out with a return postage paid envelope and with our address in the "return sender's" area.

We do this so you do not have to worry about us knowing who is filling out the survey and can be quite honest with us.

All it takes is a few minutes of your time, which we appreciate. We pay for the postage.

Our goal is "quality to the best of our ability", yet we strive to be above average in all areas.

With these surveys, we hope to be able to serve you better.
