If we wanted to get the full photo into a canvas size that the photo's perspective didn't allow, we would have to pull and push it into the space.

In this case, we started with a square negative which should create a square photo.

In order to fit a canvas size of 5" x 7", we have to pull and push the photo to make it fit.

Notice how the children have been "changed" in their appearance.

We do NOT recommend this strategy, as it does not portray the true essence of the original photo.
